Family Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

We bundled up for the cold air on October 1st and headed to the Lexington Corn Maze for a day of fun with the family.

Asher picked out his pumpkin.

Then he painted one for the front porch decorations.

He let his cousin, Jack drive him on the tractor. (No children were harmed in the making of this picture.)

He hung out with Aunt Katie!

He supervised the pumpkin cleaning.

He went barrel racing with Jack.
The cousins climbed a haystack to hang out with Cici. Even Olivia made her way up the haystack.

The boys decided that playing in the corn was more fun than all the animals in the petting zoo.

It was a great day of fun for the Smith's. Complete with a dinner of chicken as requested by Jack at the end of our trip. Only 30 more days until Halloween. :0)
